How long does order processing take?

Orders ship within 24 hours after confirmation. International express delivery typically takes 5-12 working days. Specific times vary by destination. Rush service available for urgent orders.

How do I confirm product compatibility?

Please provide your laser equipment model and brand before placing an order. Our technical team will confirm parts compatibility. You can also send equipment photos to  sale@cococutlaser.com for confirmation.

How to choose appropriate laser power?

Select based on cutting material thickness and type: thin metal (≤3mm) suggest 500-1000W, medium plate (3-8mm) choose 1000-3000W, thick plate (>8mm) requires 3000W+ power.

What are common causes of ceramic ring damage?

Main causes include: over-tightening during installation, thermal expansion/contraction, impact damage. Recommend maintaining proper clearance during installation, avoid over-tightening, protect during use.

How often should laser nozzles be replaced?

Depending on usage frequency and material types, nozzles typically need replacement after 50-200 hours of cutting. Cutting thick plates or highly reflective materials shortens lifespan. Regularly check if nozzle aperture is deformed.

How to properly clean protective lenses?

Use specialized optical cleaning fluid and lint-free cloth, wipe gently from lens center outward. Avoid using alcohol or regular tissues. Recommended daily cleaning, increase frequency for heavy usage.

Installation & Maintenance

Which components need regular maintenance?

Recommend monthly cleaning of protective lenses and nozzles, check ceramic ring integrity, quarterly laser cooling system inspection, semi-annual comprehensive equipment check and calibration.

What about product damage within warranty period?

Non-artificial damage products are replaced free within warranty period. Please keep purchase receipts and contact customer service for after-sales service.

How to handle equipment failures?

Please first check the troubleshooting guide. If problems persist, contact technical support at  sale@cococutlaser.com, provide equipment model, fault symptoms and error codes.

Do you provide installation guidance?

Yes, each product includes detailed installation manual and video tutorials. Complex products can schedule online technical guidance. Our engineers will assist installation via video call.

Do you have local service networks?

We have service centers in Europe and North America providing localized after-sales support. Other regions served through authorized dealers ensuring rapid customer response.

How do overseas customers get technical support?

We provide multilingual technical support, responding within 1 hour during business hours. Emergency situations can call 24-hour technical hotline or contact online engineers via Skype.

How to apply for returns/exchanges?

Within 15 days of receipt, you can apply for no-reason returns/exchanges with original packaging intact. Quality issue products within 30 days free return/exchange, shipping covered by us.

What is the product warranty period?

Standard warranty is 12 months, core components like lasers have 18-month warranty. Warranty starts from shipping date. Artificial damage and consumable parts not covered.
